--- Problems mentioned by the guild members ---

Well as you all know I sent a pm to all guild members in order to know if they had any problems or if there would be anything I ( or we ) could improve to make the guild better.
I thought what I could do to solve the "problems" and improve the guild. If I can't do anything about something I will explain why.

So here are the different things :

* Activity related things *

Kick inactive people ( mentioned by 1 member ) :

In fact I already explained it plenty of times, I won't kick people in " Amnesic " rank. They all paid their guild fee so in my opinion even if they are not active they still deserve a place in our guild, even if it's a low rank. So if anyday they decide to "come back" in jsp, if they decide to start being active again they will still have a guild to have some fun, help and so on if they need it. Furthermore most of them used to be d2 mates of mine and anyway we do not need more slots, we have 12 free slots atm so it's not a problem.

Forum is quite inactive ( mentioned by 1 member ) :

Well about this I can't do anything else, as you have seen in the pm I sent to everyone there was even a reminder about the fact of being active in the forum. I can't force people to be active, if they don't want to, I can do nothing.

Increase the number of raffles ( mentioned by 1 member ) :

Well yes why not, what about one raffle per month each 1st of each month ? If everyone agree with this we could start it on next month. There would be a period of registration of 2 weeks in order to let the time as many members as we can to register.
Furthermore maybe we could varie prices ? I don't know if they would be ok but for example what about offering a new sig made by one of our graphic designer to the winner ? In this case the pot would go to the graphic designer who made the sig. But well that's just an idea, I need your opinion about this.

* Recruitment related things *

Recruit one Trusted Tag'ed user ( mentioned by 2 members ) :

As I already told you, I already asked the trusted members who I knew and they already had a guild or they wanted to remain guildless. ( Yrius, Mutaito, AoFChuck )
On the one hand, even if we had one TT in the guild it wouldn't mean members would be allow to offer lvl services and such things because they would risk their tag so it's really rare to see TT'ed members offering services for their guild ( or it's the guild leader himself who is TT'ed who does it ).

On the other hand, imo it would be stupid to recruit one TT'ed guy just to say " hey we have one trusted in our guild we are super cool, we are the best !!1111 ". Recruiting someone just because he is trusted tag'ed and even if he is dumb is not my cup of tea.. ^^'

But well if you know one who fits the general spirit of the guild feel free to ask him if he wants to join, it would be free for him.

Recruitment system

As almost all ( or even all ) suggested I will keep the current recruitment system. This means I stop recruiting people, or at least there will be some strict conditions to enter in the guild ( it will permit to avoid problems we have known before with certain members ). I will only recruit :

- People who are wellknown for their kindness, for being nice etc.
- People who are invited by one of the guild members
- People who I personally know

Those are now the 3 conditions to become an Imagination member. The only way to go round them is to be really motivated, to register in the forum and be active for a while, without having any problem ( in jsp or in the forum ).

* General things *

Change colors of the forum ( mentioned by 4 members ) :

Well anyway I won't go back to the old forum design / colors in black & red. I like the forum how it is now, it's more welcoming however I can change a bit colors ( as far as it's not to put dark colors ), just tell me what colors you would like to have and where.
Btw still some buttons are missing, I hope Yoyo will finish them soon so as to make the forum totally "finished". ^^

Give more fg per GP ( mentioned by 1 member ) :

Well I also already explained it but I will do it again. ^^
For me GP's are just a nice add for the guild, I don't really care if our guild is on the top of the the guild list or not. In my opinion the only thing which is matter is to have fun in the guild together, to have a good atmosphere. The aim of our guild is absolutly not to be on the top, we are not a LS guild based however I still pay something to the LS players because it's a little add to the guild. Although if someone decides to stop ladder slasher I don't really care, I just hope he had fun playing it and he didn't loose fg at all in it.

Make some changements in the ranks ( mentioned by 1 member ) :

Well I think that's all. Nearly all members answered and most of them were 100% satisfied by the guild so it's quite cool. ^_^

The new recruitement system is ok for me ^^
And for raffles.. Yeah we could make 1/month with various prices

everything is ok for me atm
i accepted the current forum colors+ they fit with our banner
