I pm'ed two mates from one of my old guild and they asked me some questions about this, they have to think a bit as they already manage a guild.

and what should bring that? i cant see any possible excuse for that, he just didnt want to pay though he made a request...

#1 He is not active in the forum -> ok but a lot of people are not active and I don't kick them
#2 He didn't pay Erwan -> That's the only thing which could bring a kick if he doesn't pay
#3 He didn't answer your pm -> Maybe he was busy or so, I don't answer all pm's either ..
#4 We can't prof this ... maybe he buys form a duper and sells cheaper or so, and anyway even if he was a duper, there are not any accusations against him ...
#5 Yep and some other nice members have got warned, that means I should kick them ? -> no

Guys you have to be aware of the fact that the fee of our guild is high and I can't kick all members like that, it could bring me a bad reputation etc...

And @ Ron, I only put in high ranks people I know well and I accept people in the guild who look well.

That guy had no warn and some fg so he was trustable in my eyes.
And rofl you can't compare him to ghost, there were not any accusation against him and he has not a bad reputation. ;o

if u dont like kicking ppl of the guild, try to choose ppl with a nice repution//u know//someone in the guild know or something

and he joined img after 1 week on jsp ^^

It's impossible to like kicking people out of a guild lol. Each time I kick someone I risk to lost some reputation.
And if I choose only people who I know there would not be so many people in and the guild would not be what it is today.
Some nice people would't have joined like Peter, donocar etc etc ...

If we want to be a great and high guild I can't choose only people who I know.
