Well there is not really a theme, it only has to be nice and there is no size either.

if you put a pic in all the background, the load of the forum will be HEAVY !

Imo he is talking about the font special "noel" with the snow star's

but if we change it, then we need to change all the forum skin ^^

Nah, we are not forced to change all but well if you want to make a full forum skin you are free to do it... ^.^
