Should I kick him out of the guild ?

on bnet i am in a guild named guild medieval and ben too
when i was a squire (new member) in this guild i used mh (hacks are totally forbidden in this guild) and i got warned by the euscl lord.
he was totally free to kick me caus i didnt respect the rules but he didnt.
now, i am in this guild since about 2 years now and i respect this rule and i am a respected member.

i just wrote this story caus i think it is comparable with this guy
just let him another chance, if he respect the rules, then it was a good choice, and if he doesnt, just kick him


for the non active thing, just pm him if u havent already done it, and if he ignore u, i can understand ur feeling :/, it is another point to kick him or to lower his statut like u said
u should make a statuts for non active player like u said earlier

One of the main condition for a our guild is to respect jsp rules.

but if he doesnt respect this jsp rule, he will just get max 10% warn, he wont be kicked ^^
