In fact in my opinion Tom ( Trivium ) is truly an unpermed as permed seller but well I like him as a person, he is a cool guy and as I don't play d2 anymore anyway.. Furthermore he is more a trader than a d2 player, he just buys items, then max 1 week after he sells them etc so yea there are important risks of unpermed selling even though I think he tries to limit those risks buy buying only from " trustable " people.
